Contact and incident reporting
Ground-truth reports are how the platform improves. If a district card looks wrong — a missed event, an overstated severity, a stale date — send the district, hazard, horizon and date.
What to send with a report
- District or upazila, hazard and the forecast horizon you are looking at.
- The prediction date shown on the page you saw — freshness matters more than page-load time.
- What you observed on the ground, and roughly when.
- A contact address if you want a reply; reports are used to correct thresholds and to build published skill metrics.
This is not an emergency channel and it is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 999, and follow BMD, FFWC, DDM and local administration instructions.
