What the archive holds, where its numbers come from, and how they were cross-checked.
The master dataset behind the archive carries 3,324 unique event rows. The archive page publishes the national baseline derived from it: totals, the date range, the most-affected districts and the most frequent hazard types, each shown as a figure and a machine-readable number.
Every row of the master dataset was matched against the Google Earth Engine export that carries its extraction window: 2,870 rows matched and 454 drifted. The drift is dominated by revised GLIDE identifiers rather than coordinates, and every row in the export resolves back to a catalogued event. The full mismatch sample is published on the archive page.
