Disaster early-warning disclaimer

HazardNet predictions, severity indices and advisories are generated by automated models for decision support. They do not supersede or replace official emergency evacuation orders, cyclone warnings or river-level bulletins issued by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), the Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC), the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) or local authorities. Forecasts carry uncertainty that is stated rather than hidden; verify before acting and never use this platform as the sole basis for a life-safety decision.
